Thiruhrudhaya Sadhanam Charitable (T.S.C.) Mookkannoor

Thiruhrudhaya Sadhanam Charitable's old age home was established on 31st July 2000, in Mookkannoor, by Brother Jose Njaliyath with a mission to provide a loving and compassionate environment for adults who require care and support. Our organisation was founded with a deep sense of compassion, focusing primarily on the care of adults who have been rescued from abandonment or homelessness on the streets.

Jose Njaliyath, fondly called ‘Brother Jose’, is the Founder and Chairman of Thiruhrudhaya Sadhanam Charitable Mookkannoor. Prior to this, he worked at the Milma Society and resigned from his job to serve humanity. He initially began by preparing food and serving it to the needy and poor people with the support of his wife, Jessy, and children. Recognising the increasing number of aged individuals left homeless or neglected, Br Jose sought to create a place where they could live their final years in peace, surrounded by care and compassion. Hence, the Thiruhrudhaya Sadhanam Charitable non-profit was formed.

Our nonprofit has grown from humble beginnings into a symbol of hope for adults in need. The home not only provides basic necessities like food, shelter, and medical care but also emotional and psychological support to ensure the well-being of its residents. With the support of volunteers, benefactors, and dedicated staff, our charitable home remains committed to its mission of serving adults in need and offering a safe and nurturing environment for its residents to help them live with dignity and comfort. Today, Thiruhrudhaya Sadhanam Charitable's old age home stands as a testament to the power of compassion, offering a lifeline to individuals who have nowhere else to turn to.
